Yes, sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to retain your preferred date and time.
We recommend cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected things happen—please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your changes.
No-shows without prior notice will not receive a refund.
Closed-toe shoes are required for all sessions for safety reasons.
Yes. A signed waiver and a valid photo ID are required before your session. We will have waivers available onsite. All participants, including photographers, must sign the waiver.
Yes. A strict weight limit of 275 lbs is enforced for anyone seated on a horse for photos. Failure to comply will result in your session ending without a refund.
Yes, to ensure the horses remain calm, please do not bring confetti poppers, confetti cannons, firecrackers, or balloons.
Each attendee is kindly asked to limit their guest count to a maximum of 2 people.
